Helen is the Body Guru! Helen specialises in professional massage having trained in multiple modalities such as Swedish, Indian Head, Lomi Lomi, Aromatherapy to name just a few, but also to level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy and Remedial Massage her proudest career achievement to date.

She is absolutely fascinated by the human body and loves to try and help fix people when they feel broken. Alongside the massage Helen has completed extensive training in all aspects of Beauty from waxing and threading to advanced electrical anti-ageing facials and many treatments in between.

With her thirst for knowledge and after experiencing the difference it can make she is now branching out into the world of nutrition too.

She truly believes we really are the sum of all our parts and that good health comes from within with everything working in balance.

Like Dave, Helen is also a qualified teacher and has taught many students over the years who have gone on to have their own successful businesses, so you know you really are in safe hands.
