Our COVID Secure Policy

Staying Covid-19 secure at Re:You (TSL) is incredibly important to us and we have done extensive training to ensure we can keep everyone safe. Here’s what you need to know regarding your appointment and before your visit.

We will be contacting you via email 48 hours before your appointment to complete our Covid-19 questionnaire.  This must be completed prior to your appointment and we will be unable to treat you if this has not been completed. If we do not have your up to date email please send this to us asap, via email.

Please do not come to the salon if you have experienced any Covid-19 symptoms or have any cold or flu symptoms.

It’s been a long time since we saw you all and want to thank you for your continued support. We would be lying if we didn’t say, like for most, that it’s been a difficult few months, but we know brighter days are coming and with your help, we will be back stronger and better than before in no time.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

We kindly ask that:

You do not arrive too early for your appointment as we will not be using our waiting area. Please wait in your car or outside in the fresh air until just before your appointment time.

Arrive alone for your appointment unless you need a carer. The carer will be unable to wait in the salon. Sorry no children are permitted.

Once in the salon you will be asked to sanitise your hands with the sanitiser provided, you will then be given a new mask to wear.

Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide any hot drinks at this time, however we can give you an unopened bottle of water.

Please only bring minimal belongings with you, avoiding large bags, coats (weather permitting) scarfs, jewellery etc and please dont handle your phone until after your treatment has finished.

The team will be fully equipped with the appropriate PPE where required so you can completely relax through your appointment.

We will be allowing extra time between every appointment to air, sanitise and thoroughly clean the treatment area, as well as frequent cleaning of high touch common area surfaces.

If you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, we will be unable to do your treatment due to the strict timetable we have to work to and you will still be charged.

There will be NO walk-in appointments available, but we will still be selling our retail products, following the social distancing guidelines.
