| Thank you Helen for the Sienna spray tan, i love this product, and the preparation for the tan was second to none, maybe this is why my tan lasted a few days longer than a St Tropez ever has. Thank you Helen, see you soon for another tan. |

| Sienna X Spray Tan: The tan Helen gave me waas the best tan I've ever had! I thought Helen was very nice and I was comfortable being semi naked in front of her. I think the TSL & Sienna X is excellent. Thank you Helen |

| hi all just got back from a day at the centre which has a really relaxing feeling to it i love it lol just done 1 day tarot workshop and absolutly loved it i now know which cards i want to use and how to interprate them easily. everyone on the course was lovely and nicky the teacher was brilliant. also want to say thanks to dave as meeting him has made me finally realise and make my mind up on what i want form my life so now i am taking the first steps thanks dave really apreciate it. |

| I have just completed a 14 week course in Reflexology at the TSL. We were taught in small groups which was highly beneficial as the tutor was readliy available to give help and advice. We learnt how to provide a relaxing foot massage along with a compression massage of the zones of the feet which link to the major organs of the body, and also learnt how treatments benifit a person as a whole. The course complemented the work we have done on Anatomy & Physiology as we covered the benefits to the whole body's systems by working over the zones, and by concentrating on specific zones so we can help to ease certain ailments. The course required 3 case studies to be completed which involved giving 3 treatments each. All of them commented that they had benefited and felt deeply relaxed after each treatment. Some of the case studies were completed in the evening classes which made it easier as all the equipment was to hand. As well as being able to offer a deeply relaxing foot massage treatment to people I feel I have learnt a lot more about the workings of the human body. We have thoroughly covered when it is important not to give reflexology to people suffering from certain conditions. This course has helped to develop the knowledge I have gained from other massage courses that I have completed at TSL, and I will be able to use some of the massage techniques whilst carrying out other treatments. |

Thank you very much for your comments and I am very happy that I have passed my Anatomy & Physiology course.
I found the course very interesting I liked the way it was set out in an easy to understand way. I also liked the fact that I could do the course by e-mail very handy!
My tutor was very helpful and I would recommend other people to use TSL if they were planning to study like me.

| Hi Ive just completed a distance learning course in Hopi ear candling, I was a little cautious about learning this therapy as a distance course but I have to say I need not of worried. The course contents and guides to carrying out a treatment were written in a clear understanding way. I am now a qualified practitioner thanks to the TSL. I'm going to be enrolling on the Reflexology next. do i get a discount Racheal |

| I’ve recently completed my Thai Foot massage & Indian Head massage course. I thoroughly enjoyed both courses. Helen is an excellent teacher, she kind, patient and wonderful to work with and always has time for you. I hope to be able to do more course this year. Would defiantly recommend TSL |

| I recently attended a course for Hopi Ear Candle Therapy with Helen teaching. I found that Helen taught very well, she was very patient and had time for people who did not understand the principles clearly. The room, facilities, and equipment required were adequately provided for everyone and were included in the overall costs. The whole experience was very pleasent, and the encouragement from both Helen and Dave were excellent. I am going to be doing more courses in the new year and I am looking forward to them immensely. |
