*The first tan should take place 4 weeks prior to your wedding, the 2nd tan, 2 weeks before and the 3rd, 2 days before your wedding day to ensure that your tan and you are looking great. Sienna X spray tan colours can vary and depend on lots of other factors like natural sun tan, skin ph and skincare routines, so with you having 2 tans prior to the final one, you can ensure you receive the best tan for you and your big day.

We recommend that read the tanning information below prior to your visit...

On the day of your tan……

· Do not moisturise or use skin lotions on the day of your tan.
· Remove make-up, deodrant, lotions etc. before your tan.
· Wear your hair up.
· If you wish to wear something during your tan choose dark underwear or bikini.
· On your first tanning session, you will be asked a number of questions and fill in a consultation card.
· You will be given a few minutes to get undressed (or changed into your underwear/bikini if you wish) and remove jewellery.
· Next a barrier cream will be applied to your hands and tops of your feet and any dry areas to prevent from tanning too much.
· The spraying will take about 10 to 20 minutes plus a few minutes to dry. For your tan, you will be asked to stand in various positions in a tanning cubicle to ensure the spray goes on your skin, not into the air.
· During your treatment you will see a bronze colour on your skin. This is a guide colour which allows us to see where the solution is applied. It will develop over the next few hours into a gorgeous sunless tan.
· After allowing 6-8 hours development time you may then shower off the guide colour leaving your skin with a golden natural tan.

For the best results we recommend the following preparation of your skin prior to your Sienna X spray tan to extend the life of your natural, even, all over tan.........

· Exfoliate and moisturise the night before the tan, not on the day of the tan, paying particular attention to the elbows, knees, ankles and problem dry areas.
· Paint nails and toenails, especially if artificial.
· Wax/shave at least 24 hours prior to treatment. This will allow the pores time to close.
· Moisturise well after you have exfoliated.
· Wear dark loose clothing for after your treatment, any tight clothing or underwear may cause wear marks.
· Wear flip-flops or loose fitting shoes.
· Do not shower or bathe for at least 8 hours (the development period) - preferably overnight.
· Do not exercise or swim during the development period.
· Avoid touching your skin during the development time.
· After showering/bathing, pat dry only.
· Moisturise morning and night, ideally with Sienna x Make It Moist Make It Last, this product contains 4% active DHA so your tan in continually being topped up and its life extended. Please ask your therapist for details on products.
· After 5 days, exfoliate with Sienna x Rough It Up To Smooth It Off, on a daily basis to help skin absorb even more moisturiser and keep it looking and feeling gorgeous.
· Long exposure to water and sweating from exercise will fade your spray tan.
