Distant healing using Reiki/Spiritual energy works on many levels and in many ways. For example it can help with physical illnesses, depression, pain or even confusion, you literally can ask for healing for any problem in your life. After all, we all, at times, suffer problems with health, relationships, finances and work.
Reiki/Spiritual energy knows no barriers or boundaries and because this healing energy is not restricted by time and distance I can send it to anyone or anything anywhere across the world.
Any person or animal can benefit from energy from distance healing, and the best part is that can be as effective as 'Hands-on' practice of healing.
Reiki/Spiritual helps to rebalance the natural energies within, thus enhancing the bodies’ natural healing capabilities. Distant healing can be sent to you, to your friends, your pets and even events within your life. Natural healing is like having your best friend with you, to comfort and reassure you.
If you request healing please be open for the healing to take place. Distant healing may come to you in different ways and anything you personally experience is quite normal. Some people may not experience anything at all, don’t worry this is also quite normal. If nothing is felt it normally means that the healing energy is working on a different level within your mind, body or spirit. Following the healing some people report noticing a difference straight away, others the next day, few days later, or even a week later. Despite how long the effect takes to be noticed everybody receives the same healing benefit. Also remember that sometimes the acceptance of an illness or condition is the cure!!
Here is a short, but not exhaustive, list of example of reported experiences following a distant healing session;

When sending the healing energies to each person, animal or situation I set my own schedule and send/channel healing any time of the day. You do not need to prepare for the healing other than be open to receiving the healing. In order for me to send the healing I need you first name and surname, or initial of your surname – Your location (not your full address) and or a picture of yourself, this is very helpful to me but not essential. If you wish you could also include details of your concerns, illnesses etc., again this is not necessary if you don’t want to.
During the healing session I will channel the healing energies directly to you, or where you have requested it be sent. I do not put a time limit to the time I spend channelling the healing energy, I will continue until the energy stops flowing. I will then email you to tell you the session has been carried out. If after the email you feel as though you’d like to send me some feedback on your experience I’d be grateful, don’t worry if it’s the same day or even the same week.
Following the receiving of your healing you can carryon with your daily life as normal. All I would ask is that at the start of or at the end of each day you say the following affirmation “ I am open to receiving the healing energies being sent to me” and my friends it’s as simple as that.
