Please note that the duration of all treatments is from the time you are greeted by your therapist, not the time in actual treatment.

All treatment timings are approximate & do not constitute exact timings.

A minimum 24 hours notice is required should you wish to alter or cancel an appointment, failure to do so may result in full charge for the treatment.

If you are late for your booked appointment, time will be deducted from your treatment where appropriate or your treatment will be cancelled & charged at the full rate.

All evening appointments must be paid in full at time of booking.

All clients must discuss any medical concerns with the therapist before treatment, failure to do so can affect your treatment.
